Premier Mounts proudly announces that two of its products, the GB-ENCL32, an indoor/outdoor enclosure for flat panels, and the Videowall Mounting System, a modular flat-panel framing system, received awards at InfoComm 2010, one of the largest A/V tradeshows in the world. The awards, presented by Systems Contractor News magazine (SCN), illustrate Premier Mounts’ position as one of the leading developers of mounting products in the A/V industry.
The GB-ENCL32, an all-weather indoor/outdoor enclosure, won its award in the Rental & Staging Systems Product category as “Best Digital Signage Product” for its overall design, mounting flexibility and patent-pending ThermaVent™ technology, which allows the enclosure to be mounted directly to the wall without stand-off brackets.
“The GB-ENCL32 has a unique design that allows the unit to withstand pretty much any weather condition,” said Shaun O’Brien, a custom product designer at Premier Mounts. “An internal thermostat, a set of air-flow fans and our patent-pending ThermaVent™ Technology provide a constant air-flow to keep the enclosed flat panel at operating temperature.”
The second award, the SCN-InfoComm Installation Product Award, went to Premier Mounts’ Videowall Mounting System, a modular flat-panel framing system, for “Most Innovative Digital Signage Product”.
The Videowall Mounting System is designed to create large videowalls with multiple large-screen displays mounted vertically and horizontally in any imaginable formation. Its award-winning design allows crucial adjustments for tilt, level, lateral and shift adjustments to ensure a precise and seamless fit of all displays in the installation.
